On Thursday, February 13, the Climate House hosted a memorable evening filled with conviviality and commitment: “More Love, Less Carbon.”
Organized by Climeet, Green Événements, and the Climate House, this event brought together passionate stakeholders from the event industry and ecological transition to discuss a central question: how can we combine love with carbon sobriety? A perfectly fitting theme on the eve of Valentine’s Day!
As Hugo Paul aptly described it, the evening felt like a “giant speed dating event for those who love connections.” Who was there? The Cli-mates (Climeet), the LEADers (LEAD - Label for Sustainable Events), and impact-driven event professionals from the Climate House community.
From the very start, the tone was set: a sticker-exchange game encouraged participants to meet and engage in spontaneous, enriching conversations. Adding to the immersive experience, a red carpet reimagined by Réserve des Arts and a charismatic master of ceremonies dressed in a red toga—played by Rémi Sabouraud—set the stage for an unforgettable evening.
The night was punctuated by inspiring talks, covering key topics such as social connections, ecological transition, and the impact of sustainable events. Among the highlights, we recall:
More than just an event, this evening marked the launch of the PLAMOC (More Love, Less Carbon) working group, a space for reflection and experimentation within L’Ate.lier at Climate House.
Throughout 2025, this group will bring together committed professionals for key moments, including:
The experience wasn’t just about conversations and debates—it was also a feast for the taste buds! A huge thanks to our committed caterers, who delighted participants with ethical and flavorful products:
To immortalize the evening, we partnered with Memento, a specialist in event photography and experience enhancement. Memento offers an immersive experience where each participant can relive and share the event’s best moments.
How does it work? With facial recognition, guests can instantly retrieve their photos—no installation or hassle needed. They simply scan a QR code, take a selfie, and access a personalized and secure gallery.
This solution revolutionizes event photography by making memory-sharing seamless and instant. It also simplifies post-event photo distribution, allowing guests to share their snapshots in one click—amplifying the event’s reach.
We regularly collaborate with Memento to provide a smooth and immersive experience while ensuring high-quality photography.
This evening was just the beginning! The journey continues with the PLAMOC working group, which will open new opportunities for shaping a more sustainable event industry.
