The Climeet Blog: trends in low-carbon events

Produrable 2026: Climeet is back, surrounded by committed collectives

Written by Clara Cazin | Sep 1, 2026, 2:41:52 PM

Every year, Produrable brings together the people driving progress on CSR and ecological transition. This year again — for the 4th year running — Climeet will be there. But this 2026 edition has something special about it: we won't be alone on our stand…

One stand, five companies, one shared conviction

At the show, we'll be sharing the "Les Colocs de la Climate House" stand (no. 2-89) with four organizations we know well: People4Impact, Planet is the Limit, Sustainable Metrics, and our "sister" company Green Événements.

This choice isn't random. In recent years, we've often been asked the same question at trade shows: why does CSR still too often move forward in silos, when the issues at stake (climate, biodiversity, responsible purchasing, social impact) are so deeply interconnected? This year, we wanted our stand to reflect a different way of working: that of an ecosystem of complementary players moving forward together rather than each in their own corner.

Here's who you'll find alongside us:

People4Impact: a subsidiary of Birdeo, this platform connects companies with freelancers and transition managers specializing in CSR and sustainable development, to address targeted, operational needs.

Planet is the Limit: a collective project dedicated to educating people about planetary boundaries, which is developing LIV, an awareness platform designed to help companies better understand and anticipate the risks linked to exceeding these limits.

Sustainable Metrics: tailored support around climate and sustainability.

Green Événements: a consulting, training, and innovation firm in sustainable development, an expert in the events and tourism sectors, and Climeet's sister company.

Climeet: our SaaS platform helps event organizers measure and reduce the carbon footprint of their events.

Five different areas of expertise, one common thread: providing concrete support for organizational transformation, without pretending CSR can be reduced to a single building block.

A Sustainable Events Village, to go further

Another new feature of this edition: Climeet is also taking part in the Sustainable Events Village (stand no. 2-132), a space at the show dedicated to responsible event-industry providers.

The idea behind it is simple: bring together one outstanding organization per line of business, to offer a complete picture of what a truly responsible event can look like, from start to finish.

The Village brings together:

Weevup: an event agency creating lasting emotions. The agency serves companies that want to make an impression on their employees by organizing memorable events, carefully designed to meet today's eco-responsible standards.

Lorient Bretagne Sud Événements: the events brand for the Lorient Bretagne Sud region.

Fleur de Mets: an upscale, eco-responsible catering company, Fleur de Mets offers refined, high-end cuisine made from fresh, seasonal produce.

Châteauform': founded in 1996 by Jacques Horovitz and Daniel Abittan, Châteauform' has established itself over the years as Europe's leader in organizing seminars, training sessions, and corporate events.

Groupe Novelty: an expert and specialist in image, sound, lighting, stage structures, electrical distribution, and technical management for the events industry.

Fonction Meuble: an event furniture rental company with over 30 years of experience, providing furniture solutions tailored to fashion, corporate, hospitality, institutional, sports, and cultural events.

Green Événements: a consulting, training, and innovation firm in sustainable development, expert in the events and tourism sectors.

Climeet: software for measuring and reducing the carbon footprint of events.

The goal: to let event organizers looking for concrete solutions find, all in one place, a venue, a caterer, an agency, an audiovisual provider, or a furniture supplier that has already proven itself in the field of sustainability — rather than starting from a blank page.

Three workshops to go beyond the talk

Beyond the stand, we have two sessions to offer you on September 30, designed to break away from the overly polished presentations you sometimes see at this kind of event.

11:45 AM–12:30 PM – Room 252B, Level 2: "Failing to Succeed Better: 3 Fails in CSR Transformation" People talk a lot about CSR successes, much less about failures. Yet that's often where the real lessons lie. In this workshop, we'll look candidly at three concrete mistakes encountered during CSR transformation efforts: what didn't work, why, and above all what these failures taught us afterward. A deliberately direct format, because transformation is also built through learning.

1:15 PM–2:00 PM: "Alone We Innovate, Together We Transform," with BPI The day's second highlight: a workshop co-hosted with BPI, built around a conviction we hold every day — that transformation isn't a solo effort. We'll discuss how cooperation, both between companies and between public and private players, drives the transition far more effectively than isolated initiatives.

On the second day, October 1, we invite you to another not-to-be-missed session:

3:30 PM–4:15 PM – Room 241: "Zero Guilt, 100% Enjoyment: 8 Ideas for Your Next Events" — a workshop with the Sustainable Events Village. Combining responsible events with genuine enjoyment for participants, without sacrificing one for the other: that's the challenge of this workshop. We'll share 8 concrete ideas for organizing events that are both engaging and meaningful. A workshop to walk away from with actionable solutions you can apply to your very next event.

Meet us at stands 2-89 & 2-132

Whether you're coming to discuss measuring event impact, to discover how to structure a CSR approach with the right experts, to find an outstanding provider at the Sustainable Events Village, or simply to talk about transition with a team that isn't afraid to talk about its failures as much as its successes — we'll be there all day on September 30.
