On March 30, 31 and April 1st, Paris hosts ChangeNOW 2026 at the Grand Palais. The world's largest event dedicated to solutions for the planet, ChangeNOW brings together thousands of committed actors in the ecological transition every year. In 2024, that meant over 40,000 participants, 1,000 climate solutions and representatives from more than 120 countries.
This year again, Climeet and Green Événements will be there — for the 8th consecutive year — and we're not coming empty-handed.
A training programme to truly understand how it works
Green Événements and ChangeNOW are joining forces to offer a unique session of the training course Designing a Responsible Event. The idea? Go beyond the booths and conferences to discover what really happens behind the scenes of an event of this scale.
On the agenda: 4 half-day training sessions (March 17, 25, 31 and April 7, 2026), including one session held directly at ChangeNOW on March 31st, with access to the event and a personalised behind-the-scenes tour. Logistics, energy, flow management, scenography, catering, governance… Seeing how an international event structures its responsible approach changes the way you design your own.
This experience is made possible thanks to Rose-May Lucotte, co-founder of ChangeNOW and partner at Climeet, who is opening the doors of this iconic event for a unique, hands-on immersion.
Learning objectives of the training:
- Define the sustainability challenges applied to the events industry
- Translate these challenges into your own organisation
- Develop a concrete action plan
- Cover the legal basics for organising a responsible event
